  • Week 1 - Choose and review the base meeting template.
  • Week 2 - Edit the template to make it match your flow.
  • Week 3 - Validate the template with 2 clients. Presentation optional. Finish any polishing edits.
  • Week 4 - Deliver the meeting to 5 clients and win projects approvals.
  • Week 5 - (optional) Invite your team for user training of the template.
  • Week 6 - (optional) Review with your team users and Q&A.
